Job description : HR and Admin Support

His/her main responsibilities will be interalia to:
  • Coordinate HR administrative functions
  • Maintain employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance
  • Update/maintain of employee information onto HR’s internal system
  • Assist in preparing job offers, benefit package and other employee related information
  • Assist with the creation of training manuals, HR manual preparing job offers, benefit packets.
  • Organize and follow up of training programmes
  • Process HRDC claims and follow up (Forms G1, G3, etc.)
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes
  • Attend and assist in disciplinary procedures
  • Produce HRIS reports (Headcounts, leaves/absences, turnover, etc.)
  • Coordinate employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments
  • Perform induction of new employees
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary Education at Diploma or Degree level in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualifications
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the Human Resources field
