Job description : IT Support Technical
Job Description
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over phone to help setup systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshooting systems, networks problems and solving hardware or software faults.
- Provide support and including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Requirement
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position (min 2 years)
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
- Clean Driving license (Mandatory)
- Ready to work odd hour when required
