Job description : IT Support Technical

Job Description

  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over phone to help setup systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshooting systems, networks problems and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Provide support and including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Requirement

  • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position (min 2 years)
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
  • Clean Driving license (Mandatory)
  • Ready to work odd hour when required
