Job description : Accounts Payable Clerk



  • Holder of HSC Certificate & ACCA Level 1
  • 1 - 3 years experience in the field
  • Good communication skills
  • Well organized and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Navision would be an advantage



  • Verify and ensure suppliers’ invoices tally with purchase orders and goods received notes
  • Reconciliation of Statements of Suppliers with our creditors’ ledger
  • Prepare Payments for all local suppliers
  • Prepare transfer instructions for foreign suppliers
  • Daily Bank Reconciliation
  • Monthly preparation of schedule of Tax Deduction at source
  • Annual schedule for accruals and provision
  • Attend to queries from auditors on posted transactions and payments
  • Filing
