Colin A. Hare Chairman

Born and educated in England, Colin came to Mauritius in 1953. He began his career in the Banking Sector and has had a rich and successful career with some of the leading companies in Mauritius, playing a strategic role in their growth and development. Colin has held the position of Honorary Consul for Japan in Mauritius and was chairman of The Mauritius Wild Life Foundation, where he made an invaluable contribution. Colin Taylor Chief Executive Officer

Colin joined the Rogers Group in the Automotive Division in 1987. He was appointed Manager of the Taylor Smith Engineering Division in 1991 and was promoted to Managing Director three years later.He was appointed Executive Director of the Rogers Group Engineering Cluster in 1999 and has been CEO of Taylor Smith Group since 2004. Heba Capdevila Jangeerkhan Human Resources and Communications Director

Heba practiced as an Organisation Development Consultant in the UK for a number of years until her move to Mauritius.In 1997 Heba was appointed Human Resource Development Manager with a leading textile company, comprising 4000 employees, prior to being recruited by World Duty Free (UK) to join their Management Team in Mauritius. In 2002 she joined Rogers as Human Resources Manager and was later appointed Human Resources and Communications Director of Taylor Smith Group in 2004.Heba holds a Bsc (Hons) in Business Studies and an Msc in Organisation Development. Gaetan Ah Kang Finance Director

A qualified Chartered Accountant; Gaetan spent the first six years of his career working in the UK. He returned to Mauritius in 1992 and joined De Chazal Du Mee in an Audit role, prior to joining Rogers & Co. Ltd in 1994, Gaetan worked with the Corporate Office Team and joined the Rogers Group Engineering Cluster in 1999 as Finance Manager. Alain Imbert Director Property & Projects	Alain started his professional career in the Hotel Industry and joined the Rogers Group in 1976. In 1980 he was promoted to Manager of the Rogers Group’s SEBNA Manufacturing Plant and in 19xx, Senior Manager of Scotts Logistics. Nicolas Raffray Group IT Manager

Nicolas joined the Taylor Smith Group in 2007 as Information Systems Manager. He holds a degree in IT administration from the University of Quebec at Montreal, where he spent 7 years studying and working. Back in Mauritius in 1991 Nicolas gained considerable experience as IT Manager, working with the CIM Group until 2006. In 2003 he completed his MBA from Edinburgh Business School. Dominique Vaudin Project Analyst

A qualified Chartered Management Accountant, Dominique worked in the banking sector before joining the Taylor Smith Group in 2006. She worked with Lloyds Bank Treasury in London for a couple of years before coming to work for The Mauritius Commercial Bank in 1999.
